Terms & Conditions - Old

The standard processing of your purchase will be packed and ready for courier pickup within 5-7 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays. You will receive your tracking information to the email or phone number you provided at checkout. Please allow up to three business days hours for the provided tracking information to be updated. The customer is responsible for all freight, import duties, customs charges for any replacement parts provided under the terms of this warranty. The warranty does not cover the cost of a technician visit to replace the parts if such visit is required. The warranty does not apply to any failures caused by accident, act of war, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, improper shipping or installation, or alterations performed by the customer or their technicians. In order to receive a full refund under this warranty or the 14-Day Right of Return, items must be returned to Advanced Capital Equipment Sales in the condition they were delivered to the customer in, with all components and supplies shipped with the item intact. 

The following warranty applies to all equipment sold by Advanced Capital Equipment Sales with the exception of any item sold “AS-IS”. AS-IS items are not covered in any manner by the warranty. 

Return policy:

No returns after 14 days. Returns must have good reason for return, i.e. defective items, missing items, or items not described accurately. Returned items must be in same condition as shipped for refund.  

New Equipment:

The 14 day Right of Return does NOT apply to any NEW product.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If the order has already been processed and shipped by us, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. Advanced Capital Equipment Sales is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.

Refused Packages:

In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.

Damaged Item:

Upon receipt of your purchase please photograph, document, and save all packaging whether damage is visible or not. All claims must be reported and acknowledged within 72hrs of receipt. Make sure to contact advancedcapitalequipmentsales.com and provide all the evidence of the damage.

Freight Charges:

Purchaser is liable and responsible for ALL FREIGHT CHARGES. In the event of a return, the Purchaser is also liable and responsible for return freight and charges. Returned items must ship insured by the same method as originally sent to purchaser. All items returned must be in the same condition as when they left Advanced Capital Equipment Sales.

Crating:

Crating fees are an additional charge. 

We use a range of methods for export shipping, depending on the commodity and customer requirements.
